Default Vn V6 upgraded ignition system

G'day guys,
I own a s1 Vn v6 and was looking at upgrading my ignition system. It's stock at the moment with the only modification being upgraded s2 coil packs.I was thinking of getting larger leads (8-10mm), msd coil packs, and upgraded spark plugs. Could you please let me know of sizes(leads) and brands you'd recommend, and whether or not you think these modifications are worth while. Correct me if i'm wrong but from what i'm lead to beleive these mods should add a little power, boost economy slighty and just make the car run a littlw smoother.

Waste of money on a stockish N/A V6. Use the money towards a SC14 blower.

even the boosted v6's dont need MSD coils. just upgrade to series 2 coil packs, and get new leads and plugs. thats all you really need on a standard engine. get a new memcal with a bit more spark timing if youre after a performance increase

I'm in the process of modifying my vn and thought i'd start with the ignition system. From what i've heard about the sc14 chargers i'm not particularly interested.

theyre the cheapest way youre gonna get power out of a v6. from experience, a v6 without boost is a waste IMO
