it all comes down to what else you've done.. could give u 1kw, or could give u 10-15kw, it could be the one thing thats holding it all back..
kinda hard to say

I just have pacemakers, a 2.5" catback and K&N filter . Didnt notice much power gain. Dont really expect to until it gets a new intake. Granted the gases leave quicker now, but ya also have to get the air in faster too
Ive heard you can expect up to 7-8kW, but I doubt it with just new headers.

extractors- top end
cai- off the mark +
catback (depending) can set you back off the mar, then get more up in the rev range.
chip- off the mark +
8 rwkw is something that you will notice if your used to your car the way it is now, you will be happy with it for a week, but then you will wnat more. in that case, cams/head work/fi/etc/etc come into play and isnt cheap.....
Also, if you havent already done so, get a FULL service done on the motor/box to ensure its running at its full potential.

Power is relative. Don't worry about what power your car makes, it is torque that you need. Extractors change your torque curve. They give you better acceleration and extend your torque curve higher into the rev range.
