Default motor died

ah well as the title implies my ecotec **** itself thursday night seized in my work driveway at 10 30 at night. not very happy bout it but u get that worst part is i am supposed to be on holidays monday lol.

Anyway i need a replacement motor the boys at work have talked me into dropping sc v6 instead of an 8. surely there is some1 on here who has done it, is there much to change im lookin at buying a complete motor with loom n com but just little things like fuel lines or anything i should be worrying about

Thanks

A few people have done it. It is basically loom motor ecu and box sort of deal you may be able to use your stock auto. Going to cost probably around 3500 for the complete package.

There is another forum that is dedicated to the S/C V6 (L67). Do a search in google for L67 and Torque and it should pop up....
