Thumbs up How good is this for my VR ute?

Hi all, just ran Rnd 6
Of the Sydney Dragway track championship series & I have to say even though I only made it to the semi's it was weekend of PB's. 15.07 was my previous PB. Friday night Q1 14.818@93mph, Q3 14.813@93mph, Q4 14.77@93mph & my semi final run was the best yet 14.74@94mph. All I did was fit an old set of Pacies that I had & I scored an old pair of E/T Streets (no tread pattern left lol). It's standard unopened 5lt with 3.08 gears & standard torque converter. The only other mod is a mini spool which I did 6months ago & I've got Greenfoam tune which I bought nearly 12months ago. Overall I'm absolutely stoked on her performance
& she's pretty much full weight @ 1510kg. Is that about normal for other 5lt running similar mods?

Thanks mate I am. I'm pretty happy cause she's still unopened & has 270,000kms on the clock lmao. I'm just wondering now about maybe a Terra Charger kit with 10psi pulley & a set of 3.45 gears to drop her into the 12's. I'd like to keep it at 5lt rather than go stroker & all the messing about etc.

Careful bolting a blower on a puffed motor. If you wanted to go that route, I would at least advise you to have the short rebuilt, otherwise you'll window the block.
