Oxygen sensor for 5.0L

Hey all!
im in need of an oxygen sensor and am wondering what type to use as there are several different types to choose from! anyone that has done the EFI 5.0 conversion can ya throw me some info on which one to get!.....car dont wana run too good with out it and sometimes not at all!

Thats a single wire conector by the looks of it. I would and have got a 2 wire O2 and conected the second wire to a proper earth. The single wire ones use the exhaust as a earth.

Its something like VN is single wire, VP 2 wire, then VR/VS multi wire I think they got a heater in them or somthing.
