Just changing the T5 from one motor onto another, and using a different clutch. It isn't new, but isn't very old either. Any idea how I go about adjusting the pivot point of the clutch fork so I don't put it all in and have to rip it back out again to re-adjust it?

Thx mate. How do they become "out of alignment"....surely it doesn't screw or unscrew itself hey? So if I put it at 102mm I should be sweet? lol

take the bellhousing off the gearbox, bolt it up the the engine with the clutch kit in place. Then setup the pivot ball height as required before you bolt the gb back on. easier to put on and take off a bellhousing that a whole gb!
