ive put a fully manualised vs four speed with a 3200 stall into my vt 304, it gives me some probs such as lag shifting up an down gears, from third back to second it snappes beautifull,i put up with that for the time being knowing that i was getting my heads machined for tripple springs an roller rockers an a 11 2 comp ratio with a big lumpy hydrollic roller cam............what can i do to sort out the gearbox an get it snappin gears, wiring? re graph? solin oids?

The kalmaker software can change the shift points on a standard 4L60E,
Does that mean manual or auto with stage 3 shift kit???

Put a manual in it, and then its your foot and arm that decide when its in what gear haha
