Fitting a bored out throttle body

I recently brought a bored out throtle body on ebay that described it to be installed onto my model car as well as others, i have recived it and compared the two just to check if there is ganna be a problem and there are a few diffrences, my one has a vacume line commin out after the butterfly, the new one has it before the butterfly, does this matter? also there is an extra oulet on the new one for another vacume line with intials 'PUR', can i just block this off. its located just under the outlet initaled 'VAC'

just block the other one off, shouldn't make a difference. i think the extra one goes to the charcoal cansiter
