You will not get an off the shelf exhaust that exits one on each side. The problem is the fuel tank. You can get it made or make it yourself, the RH pipe has to cross over between the tank and the rear bumper. If done properly you won't see the pipe and it looks pretty good. The only twin system available off the shelf comes out side by side on the left out of the original cut out.

    Default exhaust

hey mate are you still going ahead with this idea? Cause i was thinking of doing the same thing with my VP, and had the same problem with the fuel tank.
Let us know if you come up with something, or show us a pic of the finished product

Default Vs ss exhaust swap to late model hsv system

Hi, iv just purchased my vs ss and its got a crap exhaust system on it, could i buy a twin drain exhaust system from a later model SS or HSV and fit it? are the cars the same underneath or would i have to get a new one completely fabricated?

They are not the same underneath. They are very close in the front section but still require modification, the rear is totally different.

$750 will get you a full twin 2 1/2" off dual cats, but they exit out the LHS.
