selling this to fund the impala. mustang STILL isnt happening so my funds have dropped to minus 50 or so dollars. i consider this car finished anyway. the meet was good fun, but i really wanna show up to the next one in the impala. after 2 or 3 years its about time it got some number plates

also i cant have two petrol hungry V8's. if the impala is horrible on fuel i might get a 1991 camry or something.

well.... thus endeth the saga. waved goodbye to my VK today. new owner VRnathan drove off into the night... followed by a text informing me the battery had gone flat at the servo and i had to drive back to give him a jump start LOOOOL. not lol. but yeah. shows over, kids.

Haha, that battery thing was odd; hasnt happened since though

No major plans for it, just tighten up some stuff to make it a really clean streeter.

Have to fix that mega exhaust for the RWC and some new seatbelt holsters to get through but shibby sweet.

After that, glovebox lid, fix the wonky seat, brighten up some dash lights, clean up the engine bay a bit, and just keep her looking great and running swell. Ari's already done all the hard work for me

*sidenote, on the way home the looks you get driving this thing is amazing..and the looks are for allllll the right reasons.

also all the dash bulbs are brand new. the only way its getting brighter is by going LED.

yeah you may be able to get a a bit more by swapping the dash dimmer as they die eventually. but yeah, i dont reckon itll get much better

yeah all VB-VK dash lights are crap.
I fit LED's to the VH dash, BIG difference. Just make sure you use the good ones or it will be worse.

I used the T5's on the VH, but I believe the VK uses the larger T10's

I will try my best but it depends on if I can get the time off work, getting the car on a trailer, towing , te cash etc but if I can't make it to this one I'll have to make it to the next looks like they'll be another anyway
