vc commie L model 1980

hi all just thowt i would put my vc in here as well. have more photos now and it's going good on the road. and when i do more 2 it i can just put here.

its a vc commodore 1980 L model with red vinyl interior. has the 202 bule in it with 4 speed manual. its stock as for now me and a mate painted it not long ago still needs clear but looks good and have somethings left to do as i wanted to drive it
so yer here it is
didnt get a lot of photos of it to start with.

this took like 3 days to get rite

the rust bits you see were cut out the hole bit was redone

there's an l series sittin' on my farm with the old 202 and 4 speed, doesn't have as much rust though... tryin' to fix it but can't get the damn thing to start...

has it got petty in it lol how long has it sat for? i'm trying to think what to do to mine as theres to much red on the inside
yer its in the other vb to vk bit but i thought i would put it here as well.
now its pritty well done.

I bet it took you longer to get the paint off the windows than it would have taken to mask them up . I like the red interior, that's very cool

i had one car that sat for a bit and it had petrol in it when i put it there.
just somthing lil to look at

Respray looks decent, looks cheap where you've painted the quater vents behind the back too and all that though. Otherwise nice.

Tim tam, try pouring a lil bit of petrol down the carb.
So when you try and start it, does it turn over easily?

thanks mate. yer the vents are black now just need crome strips and it shuld look better.

i was putting petrol in and it did'nt click so it come out the top and down the paint hoping it comes out

what should i do with the vc runs out of rego soon. n dont no if i want to keep it for some thing or just give it away. or send to wreckers its not in to good of shape n needs abit to fix up. but kinda dont want it to go as i have done shit all to it and it still goes and has been good to me.???dont have alot of room as well

well, why not get a pink slip attempted to be done on it to see a) if it'd pass or not, or b) if it does not pass, what needs doing. its more info you can use to make a decision.

can get rego for it. thinking of puting in a starfire in it as it has been mild work n runs good something for fun. oh and atm the car is in mud and cant get it out.lol

Hey nice VB there, loving the red interior.
Would you mind posting or pm a photo of where the tow bar bolts up in the boot, I have a similar one but not sure where the plates go in the boot.
