With the 20's you'll probly need to change over the front struts to later model items to fit them, (or coil overs $$$) or modify the spring seat with a big hammer
Are you going to get a full lower kit for it aswell? I rekon leave the visor on, looks heaps retro/old school - love it

not hard at all straight bolt in job using factory v8 parts like radiator engine mounts etc.. you may have to go to disc rear if it hasnt got it already.
19's may still require some massaging of the spring saddle on the strut to fit , depends on what tyres you use.

with 235/35r19 i think they do but with 245/35 i know they dont.
