Here she is. My 1983 VH Commodore with a 355 Stroker, harrop crank and manifold, scat rods, custom pistons, yella terra vn style heads with platinum shaft mounted rockers and 975 BG Carb. Front end is detailed including plated cross member, full nolathane bushings, 90/10 shocks, king springs (reduced diameter including seat). Rear end is a 9 inch running richmond gears, strange spool, pinion support and big series yoke. 4 link rear with avo coil overs. Moser billet axles with slotted brakes all round. Convo pro wheels with MT 26x10 on the rear and front runners. Trimatic fully manualised with transbrake, 4500 Converter. The old girl is still in progress, but getting there slowly!

looks like a bit of work has gone into the rear suspension setup too, I'd imagine it will work well on the strip
Should be a quick car, what sort of times are you expecting ? (I'm assuming it's being setup with drags in mind)
Setup mainly for the strip mate. I am hoping to crack an 11 if I can get the power down. I am trying to be optimistic..lol. It will actually be street registered (without the scoop of course). Everything else is fully engineered.
Very Nice looks very well set up i dont think 11's are a problem, gives me ideas for my next vh which is coming up soon.
