My VK Sleeper

Hi all, my name is liam and would like to show u my daily driver. My VK berlina. I've now had the car for 3 months now and have done a few modifications to make her into a TRUE sleeper.

Model: VK 5.0 Berlina
Colour: Polar White
Bodykit: VK Berlina
Engine: Black 308
Heads: L34
Modifications: K&N 3" Filter, Holley 650DP, Edelbrock Performer manifold, flat top pistons, balanced crank, polished heads.
Exhaust: Dual 2.5" Pacemaker extractors through to twin system with high flow mufflers.
Gearbox: Trimatic with 2200 Highstall convertor
Diff: VL turbo diff with 3.08 ratio
Brakes: 4 wheel Discs with Pro pads
Suspension: Stock (not sure if its been lowered?)
Stereo: Worked 5L 308.
Future mods: Yella terra rockers, Antipump-up Lifter, oversize valves, Stronger pushrods and maybe 355 Stonker!

Howcome you changed the gears in the VL turbo diff? Woulda been better with the 3.45 gears wouldnt it?

yeah i know, i bought her when she was fresh and rebuilt and subsequently rebuilt with the turbo diff installed. Spins the treads nice n easy though.

wot to do next is a little 'in the wind' but most definitely some more head work. im preparing her for the narrogin revheads this november in perth.

Hi All, havent posted for a while so just updating on wots happening.

2 weeks ago I spun a main cap bearing in my block which has damaged most of my block(???)
including the crankshaft so am forced to scrap the block.
I have recently purchased a Vs series 304 block
which i will be re-building into a fully blown Street/Strip drag car.
So stay tuned for more updates and pics soon...

Thx Mate probably street quick performance in maddington, i found out recently that the engine that will be going in the VK will be at least 440rwhp, but ill see if i can get more
