308 trulmatic with b&m shifter
9 inch rear end with 4 wheel disc
panel straight as
interior needs new console made around b&m shifter(making at moment)
engine bay looks standard (freashing up at moment)
lowered adjustable suspension (pedders adjustable)

it is 1982 i inputted a five instead of two thx for great replies i will put engine pics up soon ad interior it has the centre console missing as i am building a new one.

i really love the classic lines of a stock VH, with the exception of a little lowering (especially with nice set of rims). Some people do go overboard on mods, like wild interior updates, radiators sticking out from underneath & dropping the car too low, but seeing this VH in such awesome condition, i hope that you do a nice job so people can see how nice a VH really can be!!!

Mate, that VH is a dead set BARGAIN and a half for $2000!!!!!

B&M rachet shifters etc are worth almost $600 by themselves! Not to mention how straight the whole car is and you got yourself a 308 as well. I'd be a very happy man with that!


Correct me if i am wrong, but isn't that a VH SL?? Not an SLE that's for sure, but it looks like an SL to me from the rear............?

It's an SL/X. And for the record, VH Commodores were in production from September 1981 up until the March 1984 introduction of the VK Commodore.
