also i used to have an old red bucket o crap celica parked there before it died, pretty much tried to make that thing as illegal as i could lol. people used to laugh at me when i drove it lol.

new engine was going strong till disaster struck. pulled over cuz there were massive loud banging noising coming from it. turns out the rocker studs are standard press in ones when with the big valve springs and such should be screw ins. also the springs are binding cuz it seems they aren't suited to the cam...so had to pull the head off to get that fixed. so its off the road atm but should be going again in a week or 2.

still need to run it in and get a new dizzy and blueprint it to the cam and tune the carb to suit but it still struggles for traction off the line...which is what u want

lol yer that was mine...she's dead now but. got it for 200bux and just went nuts to try and bogan it up as much as possible. but yer drop in if ya like, im Alex btw, i'll pm u when the vh is back on the road, hopefully in a week or 2.

this is when i just put it in and started it 4 the first time...engine bay is filthy and need a new rocker cover...still lots to do

oh and dose that air cleaner fit under the bonnet or did u cut a hole.

scottVH= every time ive seen alexs car and wen i drove it the 202 was was responsive and sounded great...makes me want my exhaust done
and his filter is under the bonnet... looks very good ...pics dont do her justice... just needs TLC thanks to the tree

good to see shes back on the streets again alex... we need to cruise VH style :P get old mate with the wags to cruise starfire VH style

this thread has craked two pages..damn!! got to agree with you there.pictures dont do this car justice.its just so much better in the flesh.. the 4 banger wagz is sporting a 4 inch cannon now...slowed it down a bit i think .due to increased weight

sup guys. yer she's all under the bonnet. i had a dent on the bonnet from the tree so was going to get a new 1. so anyways i was bored 1 weekend and cut a hole in the bonnet and put a scoop on lol, looks kinda tuff i'll post a pic soon but im on the laptop atm. going to convert her to manual soon just to get a little more power to the wheels. i locked the diff too to get some traction. and its a bit quiet for my likings and it sounds so tuff idling thanks 2 the cam so going to take out A muffler. just gotta get my sillycar going again so i can stop driving the vh daily
