Just wondering for my VH, can i put MSD Coils for my engine and what type that fit well? What is needed to be repair/modified in the electricals for using it?
By the way what is the type of K&N Filters that you used and how much is the K&N Filter intake size from your carb?

If your wanting an MSD ignition i would probly lash out n buy the full set up with the msd computor aswell.you could probly use the same coil as i have, the blaster 3, it can be used with the factory elec dizzy but its recomended to use the MSD dizzy with it. is ur VH a 6 or an 8? if its a stock motor you probly dont realy need it, i only had mine put in becouse the whole set up was part of a deal i made on a car. As for the K&N filters i just went for the standard chrome top filter, set me back bout $200, not quite sure what u meen by the intake size from the carb tho? you meen how much more air flow has it given me?

Got the Gilmer Belt drive fitted friday. looks sweet, just need to get a altenator slide made up so i can pull the belt tight enough. Also got the boot install and 12" sub fitted. ill try and get some up to date pics up soon

hey, yer looking into the motor work at the moment due to my piston rings being on the way out, looking into a EFI 5ltr block (maybe even the VT roller block) convert it to carby, stick in a 288 solid roller cam, new pistons rods ect and some head work and roller rockers. just working out how much things are goin to cost and how much my budget will alow but yes definatly looking to make some more power

and not 100% sure what brand seats they are as they had been retrimmd wen i bought the car, but i have seen a VL gettin around with simaler seats with MONZA on them? but not realy sure on that one.

Good choice for the motor, the VN-VT series of engines are well balanced motors, strong and plenty of torque Some yella terra heads and an eagle stroker kit would definitaly give it some extra legs mate and the 288 solid is a nice choice but you may need to run a 3.9 diff ratio to make it work and to get the most out of the cam.

My project is almost complete and I was told that if i wanted too run the 288 solid cam then I would need to change the diff ratio to 3.9 or run a smaller cam. Costs a bit more but worth the money

Just want to see what peoples opinion of the window tint is? if people think its to dark or not. its only a photoshop job before i get it done.
