she cost me 2000from are car yard.
but it was worth it because it was a complete car and the interior is in unbelievable condition. i'll put photos up when i get a chance. and i've only had trouble with the carby which i'm going to rebuild this weekend. any hints with that would be great.
thanks mate
Gday, very nice ride you have there. If you can get yourself a 350 holley they run better than varajet carby, mate. That's was on my blue 202, before the engine let go.

thanks mate
but i've heard that 350 just chocks up the old 202.
Yeah, I also read in Street Machine, something abour everyone just puts 350 holleys on their 202s, when they aren't all that suited to the stock motor.
GOod luck with the rebuild. Is there much involved in that?

no not really, pretty much just change the gaskets and check + correct the float level
Cool VH.. Last month i'd got a VH in poor condition than yours mate.
does your trimatic could be put on VH's 1.9 engine?
sorry mate i dont know
i have no knowleage on the 1.9 engine
Maybe the other name is starfire 4 cyl 1900cc (1.9)
Yeah your right there.
i done a little research and found that from the factory the 1.9 engine had trimatic bolted to them so yes are 3 speed trimatic should bolt up to your engine.
I see mate, thanks.. I'm overhouling my VH now. Oversizing jobs, changing the crankshaft, & painting works. By the way my car is in Jakarta, Indonesia and my other car is an LH '78 (it will be my next project)
Nice to meet you mate, hope you could lend me a hand someday to find Ozzy's finest (Holden) parts..
I just had a look at your VH Scott looks good.
I had a wagon with some Pedders work SH** it hug the road.

Hey guys.
Just wondering, got a blue 202 motor(3.3ltr) for my vhfrom the wreckers the other day for about $150, and i've pulled the head off and noticed a bit of a lip on the cylinders. I'm not exactly happy with the power (83kw) or so. So i'm thinking of bumping up the cubic inches, how far can i go?
any help would be appreciated.
ive heard somewhere ya can go to 250. but dont quote me on it. rather than stroking, you could consider:
Crow cam
stage 3 yella terra heads
solid lifters
addjustable roller rockers
O/S Valves
40thou oversize Pistons
Performace Valve springs
Star fire push rods
Lukey Extractors
Worked dizzy (bigger RPM)
tripple side draft SU's or Webber's, they can be tuned with a stephscope or Vacuum meters?
I think that would be a good start for N/A power, then of course theres turbo n supercharger options
