Plans: repaint it white re-apply red pinstripe, just a general tidy up then turbo 202 or do a V6 manual conversion

haha yeh ive done a heap of work on it just this forum wont let me keep posting the pics up as it needs to be approved by admin...
kit is off just have to wait for the rest of the pics...
will keep adding pics as things happen bodykit has all been removed as it just isnt me... well not with a SLE
have two sets of SLE tail lights here but neither good enough for me haha well maybe one light is....

parcel shelf is done rear seats back in and amp panel made and rest of stereo wiring done aswell

just thought id post some pics of the finished door trim on the car, the amp panel now trimed (got alot to do in the boot still) and i painted the front panel under bumper
colour is closer than it looks in the pics as it is hard to get the right colour in photos one angle looks bright red other looks deep burgandy

small update done oil change plugs n filters had to replace a few gaskets up top as they were like concrete and re timed the car all is running good next is to service to box and wheel bearings..
also painted the grille yesterday has made a huge difference

well went to WSC and picked up me front and rear kings ultra lows and matching front n rear shocks..

well spent today doing the tint and then gave it a quick was as it got dirty as hell going to phils last weekend...
and im now looking at either turbo 202 and rebuilt gearbox or V6 and manual (prefered) for engine choices..
new sub box and flase floor done today just need to decide on trim im ditching the vynal and going carpet... either black or red dont know yet.

ok this is as far as i have gotten with it....
bow down, the reason im either turboing the 202 or fitting the v6 with manual as this will be a daily and i want it reliable.. (the 6 wont stay na either)

thanks mate, i was wrapped when i found it for sale on the side of the road and then speaking to the owners found out it was in there family since new her grandmother bought it then passed it down to her once she got her lic then it was off the road for 3 years so when i got it was looking very very sad...
yeh she sits low but suprisnly it hasnt scrapped on anything yet and rides awsome just need to swap out all the old bushes with nolathane ones to get it cornering better and new tyres would help too (sounds like im doing skids just turning corners)
got my self a vn fuel door and realese assebly today
just need to run the cable into the car and mount the release handle
all done even used the original blots and just tapped the thread in (unlike others ive seen n self tapped)

im now on the lookout for a donor car for the engine transplant, im not bothering with the 202 thats getting sold, looking at either v6 manuals or v8 autos both efi.....
