ride height with 18's on

Ive just took the body kit off my vh sl/e and ive got 18's on the car my question is what is a nice height to lower my car ATM the car sits 220mm off the ground when measured from the ground to the sill and looks like a 4B.

why not go rwc height 90mm i think? never need to worry about speed bumps, steep driveways, or cops and their stupid "height metering system"

We used King Spring Lows in our cars. Sat nicely with the 18's.
