    Default VK Bumpers on vh?

Gday all. I have a quick question for you all. I would like to put the vk bumpers bars on my vh. How does the front bumper bar go on? Do i have to change the brackets on the front bumper bar? To make it sit right? Also do I have to change the guards as well. I've already done the back end, its just the front. HELP PLS!!! Cheers Jason.

You need to cut out part of the front apron & fit vk bar brackets, front guards are the same

Why would you want to do that? The Chrome steel bars are what makes the VH stand out.

Have you thought about buying a VK?

The VH's have chrome mouldings under the headlights, but they are interchangable between VH and VK as both headlights are identical. Don't have to change any of the panels.

The rear bar I think just needed to redrill the holes as they aren't in the same spot, or make a small bracket (just a bit of flat bar) drill a hole in each end, bolt one end to the bumper, other end to the original VK bumper holes.

But yeah it's straight forward, don't need to change any panels.....just have to cut the apron up a bit if ur putting VK bumpers on a VB-VH, but the bumper covers it all. No cutting required if putting VH bumpers on a VK.

If ya do put VH bumpers on ya VK, ya have a big hole under it coz the aprons are different. Just check out the front of my wagz and you'll see the big mouth lol.

so now you got me thinking convert my car to a vh, ditch any body kits, air filter or tunnel ram on the bonnet, white and blue flames... hmmm
