VH steering wheel boss kit (wiring up the horn)

so when i got the car it already had the steering wheel on and a bozz kit thingo its a autotecnica.. i wired the horn up left plenty of wire for it to move when i turned the steering wheel but it has cut into the wire witch means my horn stayed on all the time because it was earthed, i just took out the relay and un hooked the power to it for now..

but does anyone have a how to guide on doing this... cause yeah its annoying me i spent so much time installing the horns and stuff haha....
