VH Window seals

Gurus,

The drivers side window seal has slipped a little on one edge causing a small gap that a surprising amount of wind and rain gets in.

I'm going to replace it but was curious to know if anyone has tried putting a different models seals in. Possibly a VT?

Also, any tips on replacing the manual window winding mechanism? I've tried it once already but had a great amount if issues. That was a temporary fix and now it's time for the real thing.

Any help is always apreciated.

the window seal is called a bailey channel and you can get them from rarespares for 28.50 as for the mechanism i dunno you think about putting in power windows

Bailey channel. Great, thanks for that. As for the windows, I'll stick with the manual ones.
