Turbos may have a different spline, put your tailshaft in and see if it mesh's, also, it might need to be lengthen or shortened, not sure which and if its necessary, regulations say that you need to push the spline all the way in, then out 15mm I think. 350's have a screw on speedo, however they also come with the same as the trimatic where you push it in and secure it with a small metal tab, crossmembers are interchangeable but the box may sit a bit higher, they should line up. I know its a lot of maybes but the best way would be to get the right crossmember and other parts.
Keep in mind, adapter plates are not the best option as if they are not set up to the mm, you will chew out the pump and converter and you'll get an annoying vibration.
The rebuild price is very fair assuming its with a shift kit as well.
Finally, be careful with second hand stalls.

Good luck, I hope this helps.

no probs, the tailshaft should fit but the clearances where you might have the problem, I encourage you to ask an auto shop as that way you know for sure. This info came from a mate that did the job a few years ago and about 7 cars since then so even he was a bit unsure.
All I can say is Turbo 350 for $50, Well done mate, that's a killer price, 300-400 is about the going price.
Just remember to ask about the adapter plate, pumps and converters are expensive as they are box out jobs.
Let me know what they say just out of interest.
