has anyone put a 3.8 ecotec in a vk and done any p-plate friendly mods to it??

Putting the Ecotech in wont be P-plate friendly to start with (In vic, assuming NSW is the same).

ive heard thast this might be a non-p-plate-friendly mod but im not sure. the people at RTA aren't sure either...

I am on my ped p plates in vic and just registered a vh sle with a v6 ecotec!
I built it after they banned v8s and all forced induction but retained 125 kw per tone Although now it is 100 or 110 kw per tone i think? u would have to check! I havent been pulled over yet but the car is fully engineered so I should be right! Go with wateva engine/mods you want mate the laws are so confusing I doubt half the police force no whats legal and wat isnt! gudluck.
