Good Value?

Just spied these kits on ebay: HOLDEN VH VK COMMODORE WB WEBER CARBY CONVERSION KIT - eBay, Air Intake, Fuel Delivery, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 17-Sep-09 19:21:50 AEST)
I was kinda thinking about doing a weber conversion on my vc, and surely if this kit works for a vh it should work for a vc?
They seem a tad expensive, but then how much would getting all the bits together myself end up costing, by the time i find a carby and rebuild it, or buy a reconditioned one, get an adaptor plate, an aircleaner, and a throttle cable?
Anyone think they are worth the money, or a total rip off?

Definitly could be sourced cheaper by doing it in parts.
Weber carby and air-filter $100 bux
Adapter plate $45
Rebuild kit $60

Make adapter plate if your handy like that and its cheap.
But for the simpleness and all the hardwork done, then I think its worth it, and even considered going this way when looking at doing a weber conversion. Its definitly a great conversion.
