Gday, just looking for a vague price on labor and parts for a Buick 3800 conversion into a VK, or an Alloytec into a VR? Just looking at options and wanting a vague idea of the kind of wallet damage I'm up for.

Hi i looked at doing a vn v6 into a vk a while ago I had a look on the net before but could not find the story but a guy has been doing a vn man into vk, from what i can remember if you have a complete donnor vn life is made a lot easyier. I may be wrong but if you use the whole front k frame from vn struts as well half the battle is over all so i know you can buy the connector plugs to hook up vn harness to vk i was all so told you can use the diff if you are handy with tools and have the time do it your self but if you were to pay somebody it is not cheap 4000 to 7000 and half the catch is finding some one who would do it
