The rear back rest seats just pop out lift up then the bottom corners should pop out of the inserts.. the front seats use cap bolts to bolt seat to rails.. or just unbolt lock nuts from underside of the car and lift out..

The back seat is easy..... once you know how to do it lol.

The easiest, is put your hands in between the top and bottom half join crack, grab the bottom seat and pull it up. Once its up, you can move the front part of of the bracket. Then grab the vertical part and kinda pull it up, it will come off.

yup just pay to double check in the boot.. along the back bracing that it doesnt have a couple of retaining bolts holding the back seat rest in place... allso once you removed the top half.. check along the bottom of the bottom half on each corner there isnt a bolt in each clamp.. some have them some dont depends if the seats have been removed and replaced in a previous life..
