    Wink

I have used a single 16" davies craig thermo with their controller unit, worked great on my 5.0L with our supercharger fitted on her, never went over 1/4 on the gauge.

    Or

VT or AU ( FORD) twin thermo's from wreckers??

    Cheers

craig davies make two great fans which are 16 inch and you offset them so the whole radiator is covered, then you can ditch your shroud.

mine are currently set up-stream, which is on the engine side of the radiator and sucking the air through, but they recommend you set them down-stream and blowing. they are pretty expensive though.

el are too big for VK. The fans hang over the edge of the radiator and you end up pulling air through the sides instead of through the radiator.

hey, dont forget that your radiator sits in a channel (radiator support) so it will hit the fan when you try and put the rad back in.

dummy fit the fans while the rad is in the car to make sure, but yeah bigger is better IMO as long as it seals up ok.

run the twin mondeos, they fit up nicely in the early girls. you'll also need to bypass the trans oil cooler in the radiator and run an external one.
