How Much Can Transfer From VS BT1 to VK Sedan??

hey..

im looking to buy a wrecked VS BT1 if i choose to go shead and do the conversion and i was thinking, how much of the gear can go on, i know the FE2 and the fuel tank can with a bir of effort (another thread) but what else can go on?? (apart from the usual engine and box)
