I'm trying to track down, the best commodore i have ever owned.
It was a genuine 1982 VH CDT Commodore.
I have no pics available of this car (and i'm still looking),
the car was fitted with a
holden 253,
M21 4 speed manual,
4 wheel disc brakes,
alloy drop tank,
light tan and chocolate interior,
lowered,
CDT insignia located on the horn button, gear knob, and passenger side of the dash showing build number (from memory i think it was #96 or #98),
Red in colour, similar to the current Sting Red.
I have missed this car every day for the last 10 years or so. Last time i saw it, was when i sold it to the Holden Wrecker in Belmore Rd at Punchbowl, just off Canterbury Rd, between 1998 - 2000. I know, many years have passed, and i'm really doubtful that it's still out there and in one piece, but if i can find it, i'd love to get her back, rego number is, NSW black & white plates JF.063.
If anyone can help, i would be forever grateful, or even if you know of a way i could track it down, i have even thought of ringing the wreckers first, but i'm sure they wouldn't remember it.
Cheers,
Rob.
