    Hi there everyone

I just bought a VK 5lt and just have a few questions?

It's the 134 special factory optioned model, does this make it worth much?

It's in good cond,, not a spot of rust, and the interior is good too.

How much should I pay for a replacement blinker arm?

Anything i should know about it? probs etc?

The engine had a rebuild 50,000 k's ago and is very sound. It's on gas too.

Thanks for any help here, it's the first vk that i have bought.

    Kerri

    all VK's came with a manufacturing 'pack' - BT1, 134,234,
a 134 pack is just an 8VK69 sedan with 5 litre 4 speed 4wheels discs
as standard and then you add c60 (Aircon) plus AG5 (2 external mirrors)
    etc etc
so really, not sumfing special about...just what was available from Holdens at the time..
if looked after, will go ...oh 'bout another 100,000ks at least
nothing really went wrong with these, if not abused...

All what they said, plus your indicator arm, available off the shelf at all leading auto stores ( autobarn, repco, supercheap etc. ) for around the $45 mark

    Good Luck !!!

    Default 134 Pack

    Howdy Boona,
No, I used to have the car serviced by Road & Track in Adelaide, he ended up buying one too as he so so impressed by the bang for buck, cheap insurance etc. He ended up fitting a std 6 cyl bar to the rear of his, but said it made little difference.

From memory the front bar was super heavy, 27mm comes to mind, but hey, it was 20 odd years ago
