vk efi manual conversion

hi as the title says i want to do a manual conversion i have scince i got the car,
what is involved? and what gearbox do fits to the efi

any info would be great

G'day, i have a 5 speed conversion in my vk efi, the actual conversion is easy but pedal box is a real mungrel to do, as you have to remove bottom half of dash and drop steering coloum, try to stay away from the m76 as i hear it cant take the torque of the efi, or grunty 202's.
