do the cap and rotor together. you would be surprised how long they sit on a motor for before they finally get swapped out. Just make sure everything goes back together how u had it and all should be sweet. ive changed a cap n rotor in under 5 mins.

dude wot da?????? has it got one red or blue rocker cover or two grey rocker covers, because if it is a V6 it will have 2 grey covers and it wont have a distributer cap or rotor button, it will run coil packs. It will also choke or pull brake when it hits the limiter (THATS WHY THE LIMITER IS THERE, its more or less saying hey stupid bakoff or change gears or im gunna hurt your wallet)...............If its got a red or blue rocker cover then it aint a V6 its an inline 6, but to my knowledge it inline 6's dont have a rev limiter, this could mean that you are just reving it to hard and it is VALVE BOUNCING, if you got more question ask!!!!!!!

Champ, do yourself a favour and purchase a Gregorys manual for it.
Number 222 covers EFI and carbed 6 cyl VK's.
Put it in the dunny on top of the Ralph mags. Read until your head hurts, then turn to the Ralphs for motivation.

I know EST has a Rev limit of 5900 rpm so it doesnt explode and im guessing the EFI one would have one around that mark too.
