tvs valve - vacuum sensor VK

I own a VK 3.3 ltr efi. I have broken the xmas tree on top of the thermostat housing cant seem to find the part i need to replace it i have gone to all the retailers and even wreckers and cant get a straight answer from anyone. i have attached a photo of the part i need. if someone could tell me the name of the part and also were to find in victoria or even if i can bypass it somehow. or alternativly can i just block up the hoses to the dizzy, throttle body and to the other vacuum part at the back of the manifold. or will that effect idle/vacuum?
