A few VC Brock replica questions

How would I go about converting VB front end to VC?
Do I need to change the whole bonnet and grill or just the grill?
Also,are the VC brock chrome bumpers painted to match body colour or is it something else?
Any help would appreciated.

You are up for a tough ask to make an exact replica.
Your best bet is to go along to an all holden day car show and have a look at the cars there, the art is in the finer detail. The brock commodore guys wont want to help you. If you cruise quietly through the net you should be able to get enough images to help you out, i have a side view of a VC but not front view.

From memory VB to VC is just the grille and bumper bars (different rubber mouldings i think) and chrome moulds.

The differences between the standard VB and VC are the badge is on the bonnet on the VB and in the centre of the grille on the VC. The chrome work on the front of the bonnet of VB is different as it is notched either side of the badge on the VC it is continuous.

The grill is obviously different but the are interchangeable.

The tailight are slightly different but i think it is only the colour of the surround. Not 100% sure.

I think that the bumpers were only painted in body colour. I think the bumpers are the same VB to VH.

There were a couple at ALL HOLDEN DAY.

That would be a good project.

VB taillight surrounds are burgandy and the VC are black.
