Obviously something isn't hooked up. Is the injector relay OK? Maybe it came loose?

well i pulled the injector plug off and tested that and its getting power there.

while i got somone that seems to wanna help um next thing i gotta do is replace the sump and pickup so its situated at the back. now i been told a hq 202 sump and pick up will fit just wondering what problems i might encounter there? ever done it?

No, never done it, but have you considered using a sump and pick up off a Torana 6? They came out in them as well. But then they may be the same as the HQ-HZ as well.

Also you will see a bleed valve in the front of the fuel rail, witht he ignition on press the centre pin, does fuel spurt out?
If it does it means you have fuel under pressure in the fuel rail and your injectors arent firing.

have you got the earth connected on the VK injector harness common problem why they dont work.

    cheers
    Scott
