Default how to reduce pedal feel(which booster) in my vk

Hi guys, my brake booster has decided to leak very badly and is causing my car to run like a P.O.S. Well ive read somewhere that a guy used a plastic brake booster out of a maybe VS and other certain steps. Ive been trying to find the write-up ive read somewhere but can't seem to find it. So my question and I know its been constantly asked but what brake booster should I use and are there any other things I need(i know people use a 1inch master cylinder)? Also what mods will be needed etc

Is your master cylinder supported by the factory folded steel bracket on the strut tower ? twin diaphragm boosters work good with a 1" master upgrade to vt front calipers and rotors , strengthen the support bracket on the strut tower , last bracket i made was welded 1/4" plate

why not just get a used booster from the wreckers? if you got cash, ABS in richmond swapped mine for a reco for 300 inc GST and fitting.

edit* not much good to ya on the gold coast, but im sure there will be an ABS center up there somewhere.
