after a quick answer vn seats to vk
hey quik question need a real quik answer.
my vk seats are in about 95% perfict condition.
and i just picked up these vn seat for free off VN_Luke.
i want the vn seats to go into my vk i am also putting the
vn concole into it also (i know that will fit)
im sure the vn front seats will fit but will it be bolt on?
i have all the rails and stuff to the vn or would i need to get the vn
seats on the vk rails?
yand also back seats would that be a straight fit?

The rear will fit but it needs to be narrowed.
The front passenger side will need the inside rail spaced down from the frame at least (because of the VL onwards floor pan difference), not sure if the holes in the floor line up but if not it won't be hard to modify the rails to suit.
The holes do line up. I was planing to do it but ran out of money lol!!

ive found out on drivers side. 3 out of 4 holes line up
and drilling a 4th hole and supporting it will be easy!
havnt tried passangers yet
was gona do the hole making but cbf gotta start work in halfa

Take the outside rails off the drivers side and passengers side and put them on the drivers side seat the P/S outside rail becomds the drivers side inner rail
No either take 85 VK or another set of outter rails off another set of seats and bolt them to the VN passenegrs side seat like you did on the drivers side.
If you modify the seat rails they will ahve to be engineered.

ohok but how do i take the rails out seperetly i cant work it out????

there are 4 bolts which hole the rails onto the seat, Some drivers side are welded tot he height adjuster then you will need 85 VK height adjuster and rails. No 79-84 wont fit wrong rails you need the later model rails.

cant i just drill and new hole thru the body and weld supports on?
