Just use a rag, it will catch on the end of the clip and pull it out, easy 2 second job

^^^ wow! now that is a great idea! i usually use a metal strip from an old wiper blade if i dont have my clip remover handy. clip removers are about 5 bucks. but the rag idea wins.

I use a rag. Hard to explain, but run it around behind the winder and it normally catches the circlip and gets it off pretty quick.

As for fixing ur door not opening. The best thing to do is prolly take the trim off the other side as well so ya can see how a working door works, then look at the dodgy one and see wat's goin on.

you will have to take the facia off, so from memory all the trims up to the steering column need to come out. then after its off you can get to the back of it.

either that or there are two little slots in either side of the radio that you stick thin bits of steel into, which 'un-catches' the locks in the sides of the unit and itll slide out.
