Hey guys,
I might be buying a VK ss mock up, but the engine is a genuine VK SS engine with matching numbers..
The engine is matched to a 4 speed but has been partnered up with an automatic for some reason during its history..
My questions are, after doin some research i found that the VK SS Engine makes 177KW Compared to the stock one with 126KW what contributes to this monstrous power gain? I know it has a better carby, but does it have ported heads?
I know an upgrade for 308's is later style VN heads or Yella terra heads, but im relativly new to 308's n such i was wondering what would i do on this motor to get more power out of it, Im looking for serious street pig haha!
Its got pacemaker extractors and 3 inch exhuast, i know that a CAM & Head work will contribute as long as the bottom end's compression test will hold up to the power, but thats what i need to know with the heads are they already ok, or better than stock ones and if not what is my best option?
Thanks guys...

People put mad subs in them, paint the dash inserts different colours (generally same as body colour) some with the engine cover and then think they own a show car? Need I go on?"
