T5 into VK gearbox mount question

I've bought a Holden T5 V8 conversion for my VK recently and have started the conversion.
I was told the I needed a VN crossmember and gearbox mount to fit to the gearbox but it doesn't have the VN crossmember but a VK item instead.(this was all taken off a running car)
Would the VK member suit the T5 and what gearbox mount do I use,the VK or VN one?
I've tried fitting the VN mount to the VK crossmember but it just does not sit right.
Sorry for sounding so confusing.
Any help would be appreciated.

You dont use either mount, check my site for details I have info on mounts etc.

I've got that exact crossmember, I think it was from Dellows.
Anyway, So I can just use a TH400 gearbox mount?

hi there i just rang rare spares and no luck with the vk t5 crossmember its been taken of there list

just buy a t5 bearbox mount and elong[re drill the holes] its cheaper/faster/better then buying something you dont realy need lol.and you wont have to drill it out much more either just a little bit

HI guys. Just following on from this, i looked at VKberlinas site and he showed the t400 mount. So just to get this clear...

Does a T400 mount bolt to a T5 gearbox? And does the T400 mount then fit onto a T400 or trimatic crossmember with slight slotting out of the holes? Do i have that right?

And does this all then sit at the right height?

Yes the T400 mount bolts up thats why its pictured on my site bolted between the crossmember & gearbox. I couldnt get mine to line up on the thaumatic crossmember thats why I used the other unit.
My setup sits perfect.
