parkers but no head lights or high beam

hi wondering if any one can help my son's vk has parkers but no head lights and no high beam. the dash lights are not very bright. we have checked the fuses and the bulbs all seems good . my husband put in a new instrument panel and since then no lights.

you may have to check your relays. which relay it is is anyones guess cos the fuseboxes get butchered in VK's. mostly cos they're crap.

i dont think the cluster has any effect on the headlights, but i would check that the headlight switch is plugged in properley. it may be that its only making a slight contact.

also the dash lights have a dimmer switch which people dont notice. turn it up and the dash lights get brighter.
