I have a question to ask.
Castrol Radiator Corrosion Inhibitor with water vs Coolant that is designed for High Operating Temps and Anti Freeze built in to one which is more ideal for an older engine (202 etc..)
or do I have the purpose of the Corrosion Inhibitor misunderstood ?

I just have corrosion inhibitor and water in my VK. Drove it on a 44 degree day with five people in it and the air conitioner on. While it ran a little hotter than usual, it didn't overheat. Unless you live in an extreme climate or your cooling system isn't that great, I'd be inclined to just go with the cheapest option.
