blue 202 to t5

hi guys,I'm not driving a vb-vk but Ive owned a vk before so does that count lol...


any ways i have a hq Ute with a blue 202 from a vh commy (thats why I'm posting it in this section) it currently has a Aussie 4 speed original hq i think. I'm running the red motor flywheel and a new clutch setup.

what I'm wanting to do is to mount a t5 behind the blue 202. what am i needing. i can get a ford t5 from a 6. am i needing a new clutch or will the 202's clutch be alright (splines etc).

the tail shaft is a no brainier. i can get it lengthened or shortened than balanced so thats not an issue.

mainly after info on the mounting of it.

you will need to change clutch plate and get an adapter bellhousing from either dellows or CRS
