vh head lining instaling(needs help)

hey im looking for help with the head linging on my vh before i go pulling the old one out the old one has a rip in it not to big but i stil wanna get it replaced but i wanna find out first on how to put a new one in when putting in a new one are they stuck in with enhesive or some sort of glue and should i pull the back window out or is there a way of getting around that any info would help thanks and if someones done it before can you let me know how you did it what tools you used and what glue/enhesive

I think it only uses spray on adhesive down the pillars. It's also held on by the pinchweld around the doors, and also goes under the window, so both front and rear windows need to be removed. When ya have all that free, the metal rods in the roof come out pretty easy, just gotta pop them outta their holes.
