What Gearbox Should i choose?

Hey all well i've currently got a shift kit manualised trimatic with a stallie behind my 308 in my VH, but i want a manual and cant decide which box to put into it,

Someone has told me celica steel case, but i would rather the W58 supra, is anyone running any of these is there good and bad points to either one?

what sorta hp you making..????

lots go for a T5 (its a bolt in) up to 400hp
above that I would go a 5 speed Tremec as neither a T5 nor a Supra box can handle that

Even at less than 400 hp be kind to the T5. Change smoothly and don't hammer the crap out of it and they last very well. 4000 rpm clutch dumps and flat changes will kill them quick smart.

Well ive got 143rwkw not really sure what that is in HP doubt its over 400 and i can get a 5speed supra box and conversion for $1000, so think im gonna just go with that for now
