My car is idling higher than it should, i know how to change the adjustment to a carby 202 but just wanted to clarify how its done for an efi engine?
Ok first check your airflow meter is clean and working correctly and your timing is right.
if it is there is an air bleed/bypass screw and lock nut in the top of the throttle body, loosen the nut and adjust the bleed screw with engine running till your happy and lock up the nut.
DONT TOUCH THE THROTTLE STOP SCREW ON THE THROTTLE LINKAGES!!!
cheers

Check for any vacuum leaks letting unmetered air into the engine. Also check the auxiliary air valve (under the throttle cable adjuster) by pinching one of the hoses shut - the idle should remain the same, not drop.
