sorry I'm totally lost trying to read that, you need to use punctuation marks, sentences etc
Are you trying to remove the instrument cluster or the dash cover that surrounds the instruments ?

ok well you need to get the cluster out first.
If you've undone both screws on the sides of the cluster, then you need to get your hand up under/behind the dash and disconnect the speedo cable. That's probably what is holding it in. It's a mongrel of a thing to get to, so if you can't get to the cable this way, then it may be easier disconnecting the cable from the gearbox end, and then pulling the instrument cluster forward, then disconnecting the cable
