You need to reach up under the dash on the passenger side of the steering wheel to the back of the instrument cluster, push down a small metal 'Y' shaped clip and slide out the speedo cable. With the speedo cable out you should be able to maneuver the cluster onto its back and begin turning it sideways so you can remove the wiring. The large round pin is the hardest to remove, there are two large plastic clips on either side that you'll need to spread slightly so the clip can pull out.

Once the wiring is out and the cluster is sideways it will just come straight out.
